My series was inspired by an old Slavic legend about a Wolf - Woman.  Illustrations, figurative at the beginning, becoming more and more abstract during the work, express a need to define a sign and a symbol of a fundamental female quality. A dominant colour - black - is a guide to a place between stages of consciousness. A legend promises that finding a truth is a matter of releasing an inner song...
